One graduation down, one to go

My son graduated from his small learning community on Wednesday. The large graduation is still ahead of us. We have the cap and gown, we've returned all the books outstanding, we've paid all the fees, and we're ready for the stadium graduation.

But first, we got to do the small learning community graduation. It was a thing of beauty with nary a dry eye in the house. Parents so proud of their kids who have many challenges. Teachers thrilled to be seeing the backs of these kids. Friends cheering from the peanut gallery.

And my son getting TWO scholarships.

How can it get better than that?
