A Great Miracle Happened HERE!!!!
I had a complete and total shock the other day. I walked into one of the bathrooms that the kids use and I saw this

Dear reader, I'm sure that you are thinking that Ora has gone off the deep end because that's a sight that you are SUPPOSED to see in a bathroom. Alas, we are talking about the bathroom that Abe typically uses.
Changing a toilet paper roll isn't very high tech, although it does require a certain amount of coordination. But the usual sight that I see when I use that bathroom is this

sitting on the side of the tub.
So I was extremely surprised to know that teens are teachable. And in fact, can learn by experience, since I haven't given him step by step instructions on this useful skill recently.
Just to keep a level playing field, I went into the bathroom that Rosie uses most often.

Oh well
Wow! Now, if you can get them to put their plates in the dishwasher, your job is done.

You are a star. Normally I walk into the bathroom my two boys use and find no paper anywhere, not on the shelf, not on the holder, nowhere. And then I shudder as I walk downstairs to get some as I wonder how long it has been like that......

I recently, reluctantly, went into the bathroom my two boys use and not only did I NOT find any toilet paper on the roll, but the kleenex box on the back of the toilet was empty too. There was, however, a roll of paper towels on the windowsill. I don't EVEN want to think about that.
I guess looking under the sink where the extra rolls are kept would have been too much of a stretch for them.

This made me laugh!! Oh yeah, been there, seen that, too many times. What's your secret? ;o)

OMG all of you are so funny! It is really great to hear that my son is not the only one who can't seem to find the toilet paper under the sink.

So funny -- and so true! Next you can train him to leave chocolate on your pillow at bedtime, right? :) I know, I know...dream on, mom.

Changing the TP roll may be more of a challenge than you realize -- for a man anyway.
I work in a building full of software, hardware and mechanical engineers and appear to be one of just two guys capable of replacing the TP roll. My guess is that one (or both) of the mechanical engineers is (are) the other guy(s).
My kids (all boys) have yet to master the task.

That is truly amazing and inspiring. What I wouldn't give, just once in while to have the roll replaced. Yesterday I went into a bathroom and found no less than 3 empty rolls, on the floor, next to the sink...

You are lying. And you are just perpetuating the myth that SOMEONE BESIDES THE MOM can replace the toilet paper roll. And I have replaced toilet paper rolls at our golf course, at friends' houses, at restaurants, etc. I can't NOT do it...because I know that no one else will do it...or another Mom will have to do it. So I do it for her. You're welcome!
